WHAT WE TAKE + REQUIREMENTS

At our White Rock location, we source CONTEMPORARY, ECLECTIC, and LUXURY items. Some brands that work really well include Aritzia, Anthropologie, Eileen Fisher, and Kate Spade.

Please note that in order to open a consignment account with us, we require a minimum of 8-10 accepted items on your first drop off.

Payout is done through consignment only.

PROCESS

  1. Bring your items in during our operating hours, no appointment necessary! (Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  2. Items are evaluated and priced based on condition, label, desirability, and current inventory
  3. Accepted items take a week for processing, then start their 3 1/2 month selling period on the floor.
  4. After the 3 1/2 month selling period, we will contact you regarding the status of your items, upon which your items can be returned or donated.

PAYOUT

  • Payouts are available as soon as an item of yours sells, and are available at 40% cash or 50% store credit.
  • Payouts up to $60 are available in cash and can be picked up in-store at any time
  • Payouts exceeding $60 will be issued a cheque and can be picked up in-store at the end of the week
